Cancellation Policy

Due to high demand, all reservations require a deposit in the amount of 50% of your stay. You can cancel your reservation up to 7 days prior to your scheduled date of arrival and get 100% of your deposit refunded. If you cancel 3 days prior to your arrival you will get 50% of your deposit back. If you cancel within the 3 days prior to arrival or you fail to show up for your reservation, you will forfeit the entire deposit.

For best availability, it is recommended reservations be made well in advance. Reservations can be secured in person or over the telephone by calling (770) 475-3455. If you would prefer that we contact you to schedule a reservation, please email us at [email protected] and a Reservation Specialist will be in touch with you shortly. We provide animal care around the clock, every day of the year, however, our lobby is closed for arrivals and departures on these holidays (and thereby require a two-night minimum stay): New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve.

Pet Lodge Pet Resort proudly accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept personal checks.
